Karen Sharpe is the owner and agency director of Sharpe Travel Group. Beginning her devotion to the travel industry in 1984, Karen set forth to Moorman’s Travel School. Soon-after graduating, she began her career with an agency specializing in leisure and bucket list travel. Karen a seasoned professional in the industry held positions with a few luxury cruise lines, such as Holland America Line, Seabourn, Windstar primarily in sales and marketing management. Her travel career created a journey across the globe.

As her clients know well, Karen shares her passion for the world with them through the itineraries she creates. As an experienced traveler, Karen offers insightful guidance, industry expertise, and the ultimate client-focused service.

With her charismatic personality, strong drive, and three decades in the industry Karen continues to build her agency based on her hometown raised values. She believes, “Sharpe Travel Group is Where Great Journeys Begin and we’re creating special memories for each and every one of our guests.”

Karen has several other titles including Mom, Nana, devoted wife, daughter, and dog mom to her loving family whom she is extremely proud of. She is a dear friend and active participant within her vast communities including various local yacht clubs, race teams, charities, and church groups.
